Key Responsibilities:

Be part of the Asia regions Indirect Sourcing team responsible for leading the Asia team with initial discovery then deployment of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) strategy

Represent your regions Indirect Sourcing group relating to P2P transformation activities, connecting globally to ensure consistent development and deployment of tools, standard processes and sourcing capabilities

Play a mission critical role in deeply understanding our current state in relation to Indirect P2P and then helping to lay the foundations of our future state through deployment of the P2P Strategy

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 8-10yrs experience in Sourcing

Project Management Experience

Highly developed problem-solving skills

Leadership skills are critical

Fluent in both Chinese and English is a must

Strong influencing skill across boundaries and often remotely to drive complex changes

Comfortable operating in an environment with high ambiguity

Ability to work independently with global team for Coupa and P2P
