Duties:
- Follows company strategies and sales plans to develop the business in Asia area. Sales of machines to fruit and vegetable houses including machinery of grading, packing, washing, bagging and palletization systems.
- Builds up and maintains good relationship with customers. Manages customer commitments and obligations.
- Achieves the assigned sales revenue target of the company. Manages customer payment and account receivable.
- Knows how to close contract negotiations with customers and organize internal trainings and meetings with sales team.
- Lead and manage the sales team.

Requirements:
-University degree or above in mechanical related field; Be familiar with mechanical drawings; Have good knowledge on machinery.
- Above five years experience of sales for machinery and above three years management experience for sales team;
- Familiar with bidding procedures and contract laws of P.R.C.
- Working experience in fruit industry and in China is preferable.
- A good team leader to motivate the group to achieve business targets.
- Fluent in French. Conversational English, Spanish or Chinese is preferable
