Job Summary:
To execute all Asian Cuisine Dishes in busy a la carte and banquets operations in all of the American Club facilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- To maintain high standard of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times in their area of work.
- With certain knowledge on Western Cuisine and using Western kitchen equipment.
- To maintain a good relationship with colleagues and co-workers.
- To adhere and follow standards and procedures as outlined in the kitchen manual and club house rule book.
- To be aware of all emergency procedures.
- To promote team work within the department & ensure equality at workplace is maintained.
- To perform all other tasks as requested by management and/or Executive Chefs.
