Job Description

Job Summary:

To execute all Asian Cuisine Dishes in busy a la carte and banquets operations in all of the American Club facilities.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilites:

  • To maintain high standard of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times in their area of work.
  • With certain knowledge on Western Cuisine and using Western kitchen equipment.
  • To maintain a good relationship with colleagues and co-workers.
  • To adhere and follow standards and procedures as outlined in the kitchen manual and club house rule book.
  • To be aware of all emergency procedures.
  • To promote team work within the department & ensure equality at workplace is maintained.
  • To perform all other tasks as requested by management and/or Executive Chefs.
