Resumen del cargo: Realizar actividades administrativas de archivo, control y elaboración de informes, digitar y registrar las transacciones contables de las operaciones de la compañía y verificar su adecuada contabilización Responsabilidades del cargo: - Realizar semanalmente nóminas de pago proveedores nacionales, fletes aduaneros, reembolsos de gastos y honorarios - Seguimiento de los archivos XML - Ingreso de documentos tributarios (Facturas – Notas de crédito – Notas de débito) - Proporcionar el flujo de pago de proveedores nacionales - Análisis de la cuenta Arriendos anticipados - Determinar facturas afectas a proporcionalidad mensulamente - Realizar la estadística de los gastos recurrentes (Luz, agua, Gas, Transporte, Colacion ETC ) - Atención vía correo o teléfono a proveedores nacionales - Registro de rendiicones de gastos y tarjetas AMEX - Reporte del detalle de CAPEX del mes en curso Qualifications Requisitos del cargo: Más de 2 Años de experiencia cómo Contador General Conocimientos Contables, Tributarios, Software ERP, Excel Intermedio, Inglés Básico Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
