Job Description
En nuestra división Sector Eléctrico estamos buscando un(a) Asistente de Servicios al cliente. Esta posición tiene como base Santiago - Chile. Resumen del Cargo: Esta persona hara la gestión administrativa de las órdenes de compra durante todo el ciclo del proyecto. Responsabilidades del Cargo: Ingresar los proyectos en QAD y generar la revisión de contrato. Generar solicitudes de boletas de garantía segun lo especique cada proyecto. Emitir solicitudes de guia de despacho. Emitir Estados de Pago para aprobación del cliente y posteriormente la solicitud de facturación en QAD. Registrar documentalmente cada proyecto, fisica y digitalmente. Emisión mensual del Forecast de Facturación (proyecto de facturación) Validar que las multas recibidas son correctas. Pedir aprobación al Gerente o apelar segun corresponda. Asegurar la veracidad de los informes diarios que emite el ERP QAD (Booking y Backlog) #LI-MG3 Qualifications Requisitos del cargo: Nivel de Educación Requerido Educación Superior completa (técnico o universitario) Años y área de experiencia requeridas 2 años Habilidades Blandas Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
