Job Description
Será responsable de: •Contrastar órdenes de compra vs ofertas comerciales y verificar que estén correctamente emitida. •Convertir la orden de compra del cliente en una orden de venta en QAD (proceso sistémico). •Hacer seguimiento y velar por el cumplimiento en entrega de los productos según lo estipulado en la orden de compra. •Mantener a los clientes informados sobre el status de sus órdenes de compra. •Administrar los contratos marcos (verificar existencias y solicitar asignaciones). •Asegurar la veracidad de los informes diarios que emite el ERP QAD (Booking y Backlog) •Ingresar los proyectos en QAD y generar la revisión de contrato. •Generar solicitudes de boletas de garantía según lo especifique cada proyecto. •Emitir solicitudes de guía de despacho. •Emitir Estados de Pago para aprobación del cliente y posteriormente la solicitud de facturación en QAD. #LI-AR7 Qualifications Requisitos: Educación superior completa en Administración, contabilidad (técnico o universitario). Experiencia comprobable de al menos 2 años.
