Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Generar los reportes de auditorías del sistema, identificando las desviaciones y/o discrepancias. Generar las acciones para corrección. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Analizar los reportes de auditoría para asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas por departamentos. Responsable de codificar los campos de MPSP y MRP para asegurar su funcionabilidad. Analizar estrategias de almacenamiento para asegurar cambiar las codificaciones de los materiales y productos terminados. Validar la data y asegurar su veracidad en el sistema. Dar seguimiento a que todas las acciones y correcciones requeridas sean realizadas, con miras a mantener el sistema actualizado Comunicar de forma efectiva y a tiempo con su supervisor para brindar estatus del sistema de ERP. Asegurar que los cambios en los ERP se realicen acorde a los procedimientos establecidos, con las aprobaciones de lugar. Responsable de mantener métricas de comparación para asegurar que los cambios requeridos se realicen a tiempo. Apoyar en la creación de los procesos estándares y reglas de aprobación para sostener la data en los sistemas. Brindar soporte a todos los departamentos en cualquier actividad que requiera de su involucramiento de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de la función Qualifications REQUISITOS: Graduado de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o Eléctrica, Administración de Empresas, o carreras afines. Mínimo 3 años en áreas relacionadas a la función, y/o en el manejo de sistemas de ERP (SC). Inglés - Básico Office - Avanzado: Word, Excel y Powerpoint. Conocimientos avanzados de los sistemas/softwares de la función (ERP), preferido.
