PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is directly responsible of accounts payable process, in addition support directly the Finance area in special projects and prepare reports that are needed and requested. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Fully process in Account payable Review aging items from Accounts 21020-21023-21025 Prepare and review Holds reports Review invoices in past due status Codify NON-PO invoices. Support to the supplier issues. Resolve issues about payments. Work with Mark View platform to process PO invoices Request vendor account statements Assist & support to Finance department. Support fiscal and taxes information. Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees. Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company. Comply the Eaton Business System (EBS), in foundations, Planning, Growth, Functional Excellence, Assessment and Learning, mainly in the Eaton Business Excellence (EBE); ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and its tools (such as: Eaton Quality System (EQS), Eaton Lean System and Six Sigma-ELS, HR Operating Review and Employee Survey. Know and comply the Policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Environmental Safety and Security and Health (MESH). MESH compliance and follow up of policies and goals Support MESH to accomplish goals and objectives related to environment and safety Report any act or condition not safe. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: BS Degree in Accounting; Financial or related field from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 1-3 years prior in similar position, Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish (50%) required. No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
