You will be responsible for key account territory management.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Setting and achieving regional sales target and other KPIs;
• Responsible for territory business management and assigned projects;
• Development of local marketing strategies and plans in close collaboration with central marketing;
• Overseeing the overall sales budgets, monitors the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritizes spending;
• Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing the organization's sales force to achieve established sales and profit goal;
• Execution of strategic initiatives and strategically accounts management.

Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines. MBA will be a plus.
You should have:

• Good command of English in both spoken and written;
• Good command of MS office software application;
• Multi-national companies experience at managerial level for at least 10 years. At least 6 years' experience in healthcare industry. Marketing and business development experience will be a plus.
