Eaton’s Aerospace sector, Fluid and Electrical Distribution division, is currently seeking an Assembler to join our team on 1st Shift. This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility. In this function you will: Perform assembly and/or test on products for aerospace industry Follow work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to safely and accurately assemble components. Use automated equipment, manual equipment, and hand tools to crimp, stake, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to secure or join parts. Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, epoxy bonding, curing, painting, etc. Assist in resolving production failures or product issues. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and communicate by posting interrupters on tier 1 board. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Minimum of 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
