Job Summary Responsible for overall operation of a particular sequence assembly, meeting the Quality and productivity standards established. Tasks Properly fill the daily production report ( Labor Card) Perform general assembly operation, according to the procedures established for production and Quality. Take care of equipment and materials assigned to the production line. To handle the rout sheet information about production per hour of the operation, for use as references and measure their efficiency. Managing information in the list of materials related to lot serial of the components and locations in warehouse or supermarket. Job Characteristics This position does not have supervision responsibilities Manages resources of value No responsibility for financial resources No responsibility for confidential report Internal relationships, include Quality, warehouse, Engineer and HR Normal physical and mental effort, much visual effort This position is no exposed to heat, dust, noise Low risk possibility Special Requirements Ability to handle machines: pneumatic, manual, electric and microscopic. Filling the production labor card and interpretation of the product rout sheet Knowledge of quality standards of products assembled Knowledge about safety and occupational health.
