Responsibilities:

• Test Technician will take charge of testing and validation activities (Preparation & Execution) related to Machine and Components of 10t-90t class Hydraulic Excavator.

• Test Technician need wide coverage of many items during test preparation & execution phase.

• Test Machine preparation - Update machines to appropriate machine condition - Machine Rework to install / replace test parts, , Software Installation, etc.

• Test Equipment preparation, Installation, Gaging on test machines based on test plan. Maintenance of Test Equipment.

• Test Data acquisition and data analysis & summary

• Test Technician need to lead other agency and/or temporary support technician with test engineer.

• Test Technician requires good collaboration and close communication with Lead Test Engineer and other team member who are working at CXL-T.

• Validation activities are mainly at Test site located in CXL Building T, but it is required business trip to other test site, our customer site depend on requirement.

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a test lab or manufacturing environment. (hydraulic excavator working experience will be better.)

• Knowledge of mechanical tools, know how to set-up, modify and operate test equipment. (SOMAT and vector equipment working experience will be better)

• Able to work overtime to complete programs.

• Proficient use of personal computer, able to prepare documentation with EXCEL, PPT.

• Basic English communication.
