工作要求Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，良好的英语听说读写；

2. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

3. 良好的解决问题能力和领导力;

Good problem-solving skills;

4. 较强的不断改进的意愿和能力

Strong continuously improvement wiliness and ability;

5. 熟悉质量工艺改进和精益生产的工具，及运用经验

Familiar with the tools of quality/process improvement and lean manufacturing, as well as the experience;

6. 熟悉MS Office软件；

岗位职责

Job Responsibility

1. 管理整个装配生产区域的日常运营及改进，包括生产，质量，设备维修，量产工艺改进；

Manage daily activity and improvement of entire assembly area which includes production, quality, equipment maintenance, and process improvement of mass production;

2. 负责装配团队的安全，质量（ IPPM, CPPM），交期(BTS,COD)，成本( LMPU, Scrap) 达到或者超出公司目标；

Responsible for Safety, Quality(IPPM,CPPM), Delivery(BTS,COTD), Cost (LMPU, Scrap) of MIFA to meet or exceed company expectation;

3. 负责MIFA的预算和实施;

Responsible for the budget and execution in MIFA;

4. 确保精益生产的有效推行和实施;

Lean manufacturing Development and implementation.

5. 维持良好的生产纪律和6S要求,保证生产过程的准确性和一致性，达到或超出公司及客户的要求；

Maintain Good Discipline and 6S environment , make sure production accuracy & data consistency meet or exceed physical requirements from customer and internal company.

6. 建立和维护一个良好的团队合作环境，培训并激励团队，发展团队成员；

Establish and maintain a good production team work environment，Training & motivate the team member and set up personal development plan;

7. 支持参与新产品样件试做及问题解决过程;

Support launch team on new product sample building and problem solving;

8. 推行精益生产，持续改进质量、成本、交付的水平;

Conduct lean production system to continuous improve Q/C/D level;

9. 强化现场变化点的管理

Well manage all Process Change to reduce the impact and risks

10. 在工厂经理的支持下，完成对新工厂装配车间的搭建

Set up assembly shop in new plant with support from plant manager

11. 与工厂经理一道，完成新工厂项目的成功转移

Work with plant manager to secure project of new plant transfer success

12. 与物流经理一起，完成对新工厂装配车间SAP系统的建立

Work with logistics manager to set up SAP system of assembly shop in new plant

13. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；

Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
