Tasks:
- Planning the overall equipment concepts with all relevant parties (i.e.assembly process planning, production, logistic, conveyor and civil eng. planning), leading project meetings of the project group and tracking the progress
- Coordinating the different equipment planners and members of the project group cassis
- Planning the necessary changes for the new type integration of new models incl. execution
- Project management (time, cost, quality) of all cassis related content incl. project documentation and final buy-offs
- Supplier management (design/drawing/shipping releases, construction site supervision and management, …)
- Overall responsibility of the entire assembly process in the cassis lines and interface between internal departments and external partners.
- Cross-functional / interdisciplinary connecting function within the area and link to supporting departments (process planning, special tools and torque tools planning, …) and central planning in Germany
- Trouble shooting for task force topics in ramp-up phases
- Controlling & reporting to project management and assembly production planning.
- Organizing special tools and negotiation of tools with suppliers.
- Checking, adjusting (if necessary) and correcting of technical documentation and specifications for tools.
- Preparing of cost comparison for special tools
- Collaboration within DAG/PP and BBAC/ME teams and with relevant stakeholders (mainly suppliers and ramp up factory) in order to achieve the given targets. Organize german tool ordering process (EX33)
