In this position your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and sustain such processes as: component attach, underfill lid attach, laser mark in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Plans and implements operational improvements to maximize output while improving the safety yields and quality of operations.
- As module owner conducts tests and measurements of their operations to determine control over critical success indicators and parameters of the process line.
- Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products.
- Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion by making recommendations and adjusting tools and processes reactively when something has changed on the line or proactively in order to maximize output.
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Intermediate English Level
- Possess Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemistry, Computer Engineering or related.
- 2 years of experience on a High Volume Manufacturing environment and experience on Problem Solving Methodologies and Data analysis (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others)
- Travel will be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of thermal dispensing and high precision pick place equipment in Assembly production lines
- Transfer of Technology from Technology Development to Production
- LEAN and Six Sigma
