• Manufacturing elements improvement including POUP, LLD, QCO, FIFO, E-Kanban, Poka-yoke, MTM, CAPP, OMO etc.
• Manufacturing process standardization and improvement
• FPV role for new and transfer projects, incl. PGL coordination
• Create and modify P-FMEA + CP
• Line set up & optimization (incl. MAE release)
• Roll out new methodology elements from TEF1x to shop floor, ( incl. MTM implementation and re-layout, etc)
• Line documentation and optimization
• Responsible for CAPL process on VS lines utilization
• Responsible for line productivity continuous improvement
• Problem solving
• SAP system data maintenance ( VT/ TEB etc)
• Support material cost reduction activities
• Support shop floor daily management
• BPS element implementation in production line
• Responsible for VSP activities (make section)
• Derive system CIP project & stabilize with Point CIP
• Improve BPS maturity in shop floor

• Bachelor degree or above (Prefer major of Mechanical and automation)
• More than 3 years' experience on process engineer
• Experience on direct productivity improvement, and quality improvement, process optimization
• IE basic knowledge capable, Lean production knowledge and application
• Communication skill
• Ability of speaking English
