Role Summary:

Full - Time Regular

An opening ARMO Tech - Assem II in Shenzhen, China. The position will support the ASSEMBLY, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE & OVERHAUL Division.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assembles complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material.
  • Performs functional testing on assemblies.
  • Tests assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.
  • Applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools.
  • Performs torquing of various components.
  • Distributes quality notifications (qn's).

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined, proficient in reading/interpreting assembly blueprints, following written and verbal work instructions, and excellent troubleshooting skills.'
  • A basic understanding of the form and function of assembly components will be required as most assemblies are built without drawings or documentation.
  • Must be able to accurately use measuring instruments.
  • Must be a team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures.
  • Must be able to stand during majority of shift, occasionally lift/carry up to 50pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 10 pounds of force.
  • Must be able to operate crane/hoist and pallet jack.
  • Repetitive use of hands and wrists while using hand tools.
  • Must be a team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures.
Education/Experience/Training:

  • Associates degree preferred. 1+ years’ experience
