Design and implement plant layouts as well as ergonomic workstations. Set up the synchronization of operations across the entire production value chain Set up the productivity measurements, manufacturing KPI monitoring system using digital tools. Coordinate all aspects of industrial engineering with the different departments at the manufacturing site Define material flows, material inventory, material storage on assembly line. Design, develop and implement advance assembly tools to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate to and get involved in continuous improvement activities Participate in cost optimization and reduction projects. Manages overall ramp-up phase of production & test equipment, or production launch of new products and ensures life cycle support. Hands on experience in Value stream mapping, Kanban, Ergonomics, Poka-yoke, Pull etc. lean project implementation We don’t need superheroes, just super minds · B. E. in Industrial Engineering with up to 5 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile. · English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the facility and assigned production area · Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures. · Lean Manufacturing – Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste. · Leadership– Knowledge of leadership techniques for motivating and engaging a team to achieve a vision.
