Operator perform functions associated with all finish goods production including operations, equipment, process and training. Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way.
- Performs material handling, visual inspection, kitting process, among others.
- May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.
- Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
- High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.
Operators can work in Day OR Night Shifts; from Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday. All shifts are currently available. However, this position has been opened for night shift.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- English level: A2 overall and B1 in Reading Comprehension. (CEFR)
- Intermediate Computer Microsoft Office knowledge.
- 6+ months of experience as an operator in a high volume manufacturing/lab environment.
- Willing to work during weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ATM operations.
- Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit.
