Assembly Test Safety Program Manager

Job Description

The ATTD Safety Program Manager will support and drive safety across the entire Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) organization and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our safety culture, safety systems and programs resulting in a a safe and incident and injury free environment.

This role is responsible for:

  • Supporting ATTD compliance to Intel EHS policies and systems by partnering w/ EHS across the ATTD geographies
  • Influencing / partnering with senior management to set the safety culture, objectives, key results and action plans to sustain an incident and injury free environment and support TD Safety Key Results
  • Leading/chairing the ATTD safety leadership team and A3/after action review meetings to drive safety actions and shared learnings across the entire organization
  • Own maintaining and developing safety systems and methods that enable each org and managers to create / manage an incident and injury free environment compliant to OSHA and Intel standards
  • Maintaining safety indicators and trends and presenting to upper management and to the organization on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Selected candidate must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess BS degree (with 9+ years of experience) or MS degree (with 6+ years of experience) in an engineering, Industrial hygiene, or related technical field, with experience as described before in the following:
  • EHS Systems , safety programs, policies and standards
  • Experience working in factory/lab and office environments such as manufacturing, operations, engineering, EHS or other related disciplines
  • Experience with leading or influencing culture change and/or large scale programs within or across an organization

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
