We are looking for Assembly and Test Manufacturing Interns to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This temporary position is for candidates who have not yet graduated technical high school and are working towards a relevant Technical degree from a relevant academic institute.

An intern can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The internship is limited in time with the possibility to obtain the relevant experience to become a hire into a Technical Graduate or University Student Worker position, as defined by the business group needs.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
- Proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tolerance to ambiguity.
- Willingness to learn.



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Active student of a Technical High School program pursuing a High School Diploma and a Technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- Courses completed ready to join an Internship.
- Intermediate English Level, B1 level (CEFR).

- Availability to work on site (located in Belén, Heredia)

*Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica

Preferred Requirement:

Willing to work 36 hours per week.
