  • The Team
The Content Marketing team serves as the brand ambassador and voice of the firm. The team aims to deliver the firm’s intellectual capitals covering markets, thought leadership, investment strategies and product solutions, across a variety of offline and online communications channels. Besides producing the content and managing the production process, the team is keen on implementing metrics to track and maximize the impact of the content.

  • Responsibilities
The role works closely within Marketing and with Business to identify editorial needs, and with various subject matter experts (“SME”) within the firm to develop different types of content. The content includes and is not limited to markets, thought leadership, investment strategies, and product solutions. Target audience ranges from institutions to intermediaries/financial advisors to end investor, and any specific segments. The role strives to leverage the knowledge of SMEs and his/her own individual marketing and editorial skills to make each piece of content on-brand, differentiated from competition, thought-provoking and meaningful to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in economics, journalism or equivalent preferred with demonstrated experience and success as a writer in the industry
  • 5+ years of investment/financial writing experience, with solid understanding of financial, economic and investment concepts, asset management industry and products
  • Passionate about creating client engaging content and keen on evaluating content impact for continuous improvement. Superior content planning, writing and editorial skills in Chinese tailored for different target audience and marketing channels is critical, generate high-quality content under tight deadlines, within short turnaround
  • Familiar with local media industry and experienced at managing media relations
  • Excellent time management and project management skills and the ability to coordinate editorial projects with multiple departments or external media channels
  • Highly flexible; comfortable working with ambiguity, frequently changing deadlines and minimal supervision. Thrives working both independently and as a team member
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience on social media and digital marketing is preferred
