Job Description

Support team to:

  • Define Asset Management procedures, that considers Costa Rica PROCOMER regulation
  • Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains asset management procedure according to the Costa Rica regulation.
  • Teamwork with Site Asset management / TRADE /Capital /Accounting / External Suppliers and other BU asset owners to define processes and documentation,
  • Share Asset Management BKM with other BU and apply BKMs from other areas
  • Help define routines, structure, and metrics to control asset and HVI inventory conformance Intel policies and Costa Rica regulation
  • Support TRADE or Site Asset team escalation or performs activities such as Internal audits, finance audits, PROCOMER audits. Develops solutions to issue escalate or findings during audits, regarding asset controls
  • Support Cycle count audits if is required or mandatory audits by Site Control team.
  • Work with Lab Manager and Process Engineers to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and establishes methods to ensure asset management control
  • Support development of metrics to measure Asset management controls such as: Asset tagged, asset under 3 ways match, etc.
  • Support asset purchasing under the Intel Policies, give the follow up until there are on site with the proper documentation that match with SPT, and items inventoried
  • Support ensuring the correct asset disposition (scrap / donation) following Intel guidelines and Costa Rica TRADE/ PROCOMER regulation
  • Support the correct asset shipment to other locations or buildings to compliance with Costa Rica regulation


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.   

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be active student (for at least 1 year) in any engineering field or related experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced English level
  • Customer service experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Lean, Six Sigma experience
