Job Description
1. To give supervision and suggestion on daily property management to maintain the properties in good conditions.
- Customer service.
- Security.
- Daily properties, equipments or facilities maintenance and repair.
2. To suggest or coordinate related improvement or maintenance works.
- Access control.
- Building signage or office directory.
- Energy saving.
- Festival decoration.
- Fit-out works.
- Maintenance contacts.
3. To coordinate and monitor the completion of defects within Defect Liability Period (DLP).
4. To prepare or coordinate reports of property management.
- Daily operation report.
- Review notices released to tenants.
- Regular of irregular reports to senior management or Group Office.
5. Budget control
- Yearly property management budget preparation.
- Monthly property management budget review.
- Daily application in relate to sourcing, maintenance, fit-out, improvement, recruitment etc.
6. Outsourcing property management review and selection.
- KPI setting and review.
- Prepare and review the property management service proposal and budget.
7. Tenants’ service and following up.
- Following up with tenants’ request for coordination or complain.
- Related reports, waive applications about Default tenants.
- Coordinating with Legal of litigation with default tenants.
8. Related insurance of properties
College graduate or its education equivalent.
- 5 years of property management experience in commercial building.
- Preferable experience in a famous property management company.
- Qualification in real estate or property management is preferable.
- Knowledge or education in engineering or technique is preferable.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
