– support the onboarding and account opening process and ensure the client or appointed Asset Manager is ready to leverage our products and services
– manage the ongoing relationship with the client to ensure our offering continues to enhance the client experience and explore further cross-selling opportunities
– support product development initiatives, in partnership with our global teams, to ensure our product remains best-in class
– drive resolution of any risk or service quality topics relating to the Asset Servicing product shelf
– prepare and maintain our marketing material
