#### Position Description:


We are looking for technically skilled and savvy candidates into our Factory
services customization Engineering team.

Successful candidate will:

\- create custom Asset Tag sample labels based on customer specifications
\- be responsible to develop and test BIOS Customization and Operating System
Solutions and verify them against specialized manufacturing processes
\- replace all PC and laptop components based on customer specifications

#### Position Requirements:


\- Strong communication skills
\- Able to interact with customers and gather technical requirements in
detail.
\- Able to understand customer environment and provide optimum solutions to
customer
\- Multitasking between several customers and projects
\- Educate the customer on the process and lastly follow through to ensure the
expectations of the customer have been met
\- Ability to work independently based on customer requirements
\- Business fluent English


Skills that would be a plus:

\- Thorough understanding of Windows OS
\- Knowledge of HW components
\- Experience in the deployment of operating systems
\- Knowledge of multiple Imaging Tools
\- Any knowledge of programming (even basic)
\- French and or German language skills.

Minimum base salary starts from 1500 EUR, the final offer depends on
experience and variable part
