Are you an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong interest in asset and corporate financing transactions? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, similar to the transactions team in a corporate law firm?

We're looking for someone like that to:
• advise on all legal matters regarding mortgage loan transfers (e.g. portfolio sales/acquisitions, transactions to optimize the balance sheet of lenders, secondary markets of credit, covered bonds)
• actively contribute in business projects to shape new forms of distribution of mortgage loans with external partners and enter into cooperation projects
• advise on all legal matters regarding syndicated financings, including drafting of related documentation
• give clear, precise legal advice to our business partners and other risk functions
