Your Challenge Monitor and ensure that the assets are maintained according to the maintenance plans in force Management of the maintenance concept, the maintenance strategy and the operating concept with proposal of changes and improvements Monitor of maintenance results, i.e., wear situation of components and promptly identification of anomalies Handle the obsolescence Production of the KPIs and reporting of the results of asset management activities to any interested parts (customer, leasing banks, Engineering Department of HQ, etc.) Monitoring diagnostic data and set the basis for predictive maintenance Support the fleet management in the maintenance activities organization as link between workshop and engineering What you need to bring with you You should already have consistent experience in Fleet and Operation management, together with: Master’s Degree in engineering or equivalent and proven relevant experience in rail field Experience in maintenance and asset management A motivated engineering professional with problem solving attitude, excellent analytical skills, a very structured way of working Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Fluency in English and German Ability to work in a changing environment Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element Eligibility to work in Italy What can we further offer?
