Responsibilities:

Assist Relationship Manger to attend client meeting, collect clients’ financial information, prepare proposal, liaise contract with clients
Prepare client meetings, handle enquiries from local corporations
Participate in ad hoc projects and performs other duties as assigned.
To practice service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
To support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, includes preparing reports, conducting market research and scheduling customer appointments etc.
Requirements:

Degree holder (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
IANG is Welcome
Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is advance
Strong presentation and computer (Excel, PowerPoint, Word Processing) skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, good team spirit, able to work independently & under pressure
Strong leadership, supervisory and motivation skills.
Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
More experience will be considered as Senior Office
