Our company is publicly listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange with its Head Office located in Hong Kong and sizeable manufacturing plant situated in Guangdong Province. Responsibilities:
Handle the preparation of Financial Statement and month-end closing for our PRC offices;

Monitor and improve the working capital and cash flow for the Entity

To assist Finance Manager/Financial Controller in all financial aspect and analysis

To assist the PRC team and streamline the workflow in daily operations

Good interpersonal skills, independent, positive, proactive, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure;

Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting policies and internal controls for our PRC companies;

Co-ordinate with overseas offices and accounting firms on periodic reporting matters;

Under take ad-hoc business assignments as required from time to time.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with Qualified member of CIMA/ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent

Solid accounting experience from MNC with at least 5 years in a relevant role: Big 4 background is a plus.

Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards, tax laws and practices

Possess strong sense of responsibility and well organized as well as a good team player

Familiar with China manufacturing operations, including Custom and Procurement

Computer literate, well versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint Word, hands on experience in SAP(FICO) will be an asset

Station in Guangzhou Nansha is required (5 days work)

Good in communication skills and people management

Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
