Job Description
KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange travel logistics: flight, hotel, transportations, meal, etc.
- Calendar management: coordinate meetings
- File expenses reports and payment
- Company car schedule management
-Others as required
- Support team new colleagues on-board and colleague exit process
- Support candidate interview
- Support logistics for team meetings
- Support logistics for global visitors/external visitors
- Provide on-site support for meeting
- Support team/TA activities: team building, video shooting, etc.
- Support events
- Support team members on travel booking/Concur/other system use issues
- Collect team travel information
- Others as required
EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma and above
- Administrative skills
- MS Office Skills (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Interpersonal communication and coordination skills
- Time management
- Able to prioritize task
- Filing and recording keeping
- Being able to communicate in fluent English in oral and written
- Attention to details
- Organize meeting/event skills
-Basic finance and business sense
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in admin
