Job Description

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange travel logistics: flight, hotel, transportations, meal, etc.

  • Calendar management: coordinate meetings

  • File expenses reports and payment

  • Company car schedule management

-Others as required

  • Support team new colleagues on-board and colleague exit process

  • Support candidate interview

  • Support logistics for team meetings

  • Support logistics for global visitors/external visitors

  • Provide on-site support for meeting

  • Support team/TA activities: team building, video shooting, etc.

  • Support events

  • Support team members on travel booking/Concur/other system use issues

  • Collect team travel information

  • Others as required

EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma and above
  • Administrative skills

  • MS Office Skills (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Interpersonal communication and coordination skills

  • Time management

  • Able to prioritize task

  • Filing and recording keeping

  • Being able to communicate in fluent English in oral and written

  • Attention to details

  • Organize meeting/event skills

-Basic finance and business sense

  • 1-3 years relevant working experience in admin
