Job Description

General Responsibilities:


  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Independently producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.

  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the supported manager is well prepared for meetings.

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation

  • Ability to balance administrative functions and meet service expectations

  • Independently prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

  • Actively supports the smooth running of designated aspects of the company's daily business

  • Work on assigned tasks by independently researching and suggesting solutions based on solution orientation and sound commercial/business understanding.

l Execution of assigned tasks with high level of dedication, motivation and discipline

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree (or above) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines; Master from foreign university preferred

  • 5 years work experience, ideally 3 years or more experience in a European/US company

  • Knowledge and understanding of imported kitchen and/or household appliances business is a plus

  • Understanding of branding, sales approach of premium products is a plus

  • Essential to be well organized, self-motivated and being able to prioritize

  • Able to work independently and player with a positive and flexible working attitude is preferred

  • Excellent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (fluent oral and writing)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Professional writing, reporting and presentation preparation skills required

  • Good time management and organization skills

  • Appearance and self presentation shall be matching the luxury industry

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
