Job Summary

1.能独立进行3D建模及模型的维护；

2.运用3D技术协助项目工程师的工程设计及项目投标工作；

3.运用3D技术进行效果渲染、施工模拟，VR及实时漫游；

4.参与项目4D施工模拟；

5.参与部门之间的协调工作；

6.培训及发展团队成员；

7.积极参与3D技术研发及推广。

Minimum Requirements

1.勤奋好学，责任心强，团队合作意识强；

2.熟悉3D技术并掌握相关的工作流程；

3.熟练掌握三种以上3D建模软件的使用（如3ds Max，V-Ray，Photoshop，SketchUp，Lumion, LumenRT等软件的使用）

4.具有良好的理解、判断、沟通能力及专业能力；

5.3年以上3D工作经验；

6.建筑设计、建筑工程、城市规划、园林设计、产品设计、艺术类专业专科或以上的学历；
