This is an Assistant role reporting to the Sales Manager in the Business Area - Robotics & Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

  • Working as a Sales assistant for internal process, handling and mail to customers, such as contract process, bidding documents, stamp chops etc.
  • Tracking all contract /orders approval process and keep sales and PM informed.
  • Supporting sales team for marketing, contract, database setup. Supporting sales team for customer visit.
  • Supporting to push sales team of the sales tools, such as SF, CQP.
  • Filing all documentation in both hardcopy and in public driver.
  • Supporting to update the order and performance situation, organizing the internal meetings and managing partial department administrative work.

Your background

  • Must have a College degree.
  • Must have one or two years of working experience.
  • Must be fluent in English (both oral and writing) .
  • Possess good interpersonal communications skill, be responsible & circumspective.
  • Must have good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special for Excel).
  • Should be available to work under time pressure.
