Responsibilities:

To recruit & engage clients
- To manage a team with 3 - 5 subordinates

To be an advisor to suggest solutions to meet clients’ expectations

To prepare proposal & presentation for client’s pitching & management level

To Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.

To overview & monitor the progress and budget of projects

To meet sales forecast
-
To manage ad hoc projects when required
Requirement:
-
Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in account servicing

Experience in roadshow & retail operations are an advantage
-
Proactive, Outgoing, Hardworking, Independent and Responsible

Focused, well-organized, positive attitude, excellent communication skill, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Detail minded, independent, open-minded to learn and with strong passion on work

To stay up to date on company’s offerings, and must also stay up to date on innovations and trends in the field and how they might affect clients' operations and needs.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Typing
Excellent written and spoken in English and Cantonese; Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
