Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To recruit & engage clients

  • To manage a team with 3 - 5 subordinates
  • To be an advisor to suggest solutions to meet clients’ expectations

  • To prepare proposal & presentation for client’s pitching & management level

  • To Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.

  • To overview & monitor the progress and budget of projects

  • To meet sales forecast

  • To manage ad hoc projects when required

Requirement

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in account servicing

  • Experience in roadshow & retail operations are an advantage

  • Proactive, Outgoing, Hardworking, Independent and Responsible

  • Focused, well-organized, positive attitude, excellent communication skill, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Detail minded, independent, open-minded to learn and with strong passion on work

  • To stay up to date on company’s offerings, and must also stay up to date on innovations and trends in the field and how they might affect clients' operations and needs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Typing

Excellent written and spoken in English and Cantonese; Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
