Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team for quality deliverable
• Plan, develop and execute social media & digital campaigns
• Generate creative idea on various brief & pitching
• Providing strategy and insights for clients to improve their social media networking advertising performance, and to grow relationship
• Develop strategic interactive digital media plans
• Research and analysis of audience, product usage, market and competitive data
• Oversee reports including competitive reports to assess media schedules of competitors, interpret data and draw conclusions
• Review and verify media buys to ensure proper execution
• Liaise with both internal & external parties

 Job Requirements:

• Fun & Open-minded
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in social media/ digital management
• Experience in Advertising, Media, social media or digital agency is a must
• Experience in leading a small team will be a plus
• Degree holder in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline is a plus
• Strong strategic & analytical mindset
• Be able to create strategic ideas, creative copywriting with fresh mindset, result oriented, and able to drive the process within deadline
• Proactive, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
• Problem solving with positive attitude; a good team player and capable of multi-tasking
• Able to work under pressure independently in multiple project environments
• Excellent written and spoken communication & presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work occasionally on evenings and weekends if needed.
