Responsibilities:

• Mainly handle Accounts Payable function
• Prepare journal vouchers, invoices input and AP settlement
• Liaise with vendors and/or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
• Handle month-end closing
• Assist in management reporting and financial analysis
• Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time
• Prepare Internal and external auditing schedules.
• Perform regular cash flow forecast

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines with LCCI accounting qualification or above
• At least 3 years working experience, preferably in accounts payable
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, hands-on experience in ERP system is an advantage
• Good command of both Chinese and English
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Responsible, well organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferred
