Job Description
Reporting to the Hong Kong Finance Manager and Accountant to assist with daily transactions as well as monthly reporting requirements.
This job description is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for on-time processing and payment of all approved payment requests for office expenses and reimbursements in accordance with policies, procedures and control
  • Ensure accurate posting of payable transactions to support reporting needs
  • Handle accounting entries, perform accounts and vendor statement reconciliations
  • Arrange on-line bank payment for reimbursement of staff expenses claims
  • Follow up payable related matters with support staff and vendors
  • Monitor bank payable transactions and ensure all transactions are accurately posted in time
  • Perform General Ledger reconciliation for balance sheet items
  • Prepare routine monthly reports and ad hoc expenditure analysis
  • Documentation filing and administration
  • Assist with payment system (Concur) implementation
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from sizable corporation, preferably in law firm/ professional firm
  • Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, well organized, independent team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Hands on experience in using Concur/Elite Enterprise is preferable
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
