Responsibilities :
- Plan and review internal control and business process, identify risks and make recommendation for risk mitigation
- Review and ensure the compliance of Sarbanes Oxley and other control compliance
- Lead specific projects and investigations
- Partner with other internal parties in developing policies and operating guidelines, and conduct training to the corresponding team or Line of Business
- Handle ad-hoc assignment and projects as requested
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Business related discipline
- CPA student member with minimum 1 years of external or internal control/audit experience
- Able to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other software application to perform analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
