This full-time post based at the School’s Kowloon Bay Campus but requiring occasional working at  our Pok Fu Lam Campus will be part of a finance team supporting the Senior Accountant and Director of Finance & Operations [DFO]/Bursar in the delivery of high quality financial and procurement services to staff, students and their families and external organisations.
 
The postholder will, in conjunction with the Senior Accountant, coordinate the daily tasks and workload of the team to ensure an effective service is provided and that monthly reporting and other deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
 
The postholder will also support in the tendering process of RfPs and in the evaluation and awarding of contracts for good and services, plus the delivery of projects to enhance the efficiency, customer focus and internal control of systems operating.
 
The successful candidate will have sound technical knowledge of accounting conventions and financial principles developed through work experience, and bring a conscientious and customer focused approach to their work coupled with an energy and desire to continually critique and improve systems and the services delivered by the team.
