Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations and full set of accounts independently
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and AR/AP management reports
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly accounting reports
  • Prepare invoices & statements & maintain records
  • Chase receivables
  • Perform general clerical work and data entry as required
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

 

Requirements

  • LCCI or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year working experience in Accounting field
  • Good PC skills, e.g. MS Office and accounting software (familiar with MYOB Accounting System is preferred)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime
  • Immediate availability is preferred
