Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations and full set of accounts independently
- Conduct bank reconciliations and AR/AP management reports
- Prepare financial statements and monthly accounting reports
- Prepare invoices & statements & maintain records
- Chase receivables
- Perform general clerical work and data entry as required
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- LCCI or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 1 year working experience in Accounting field
- Good PC skills, e.g. MS Office and accounting software (familiar with MYOB Accounting System is preferred)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediate availability is preferred
