Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of books for monthly and annual consolidated financial close for the company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”).
• Review monthly management accounts and prepare monthly financial and operational reports for management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties, including treasury management of the group
• Work with The Hong Kong Stock Exchange on listco matters
• Advise and execute corporate finance activities, including M&A, due diligence, fund raising exercises and other transaction support
• Assist in continuous improvement of operational and financial processes, including system implementation and internal control
• Lead interim reviews and annual audits, working very closely with auditors on resolving audit matters
• Participate in ad hoc projects as and when require

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent
• Qualified accountant with International Professional Accounting Institution is an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with  2-3 years of experience in listed companies in Hong Kong
• Able to handle full set of accounts, consolidation, taxation and PRC accounting
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Mature with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
