• Handle full set of accounts for Hong Kong
• Responsible for control of loan operating system and compliance in Hong Kong & China
• Compile various accounting and financial reports
• Review the PRC’s subsidiary financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and timely reports to be submitted to Banks
• Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in AccPac System
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
• Handle & liaise with auditor for annual audit issues
• Prepare Ad hoc reports as required

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy
• Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA or equivalent
• Over 5 years of working experience in auditing or commerce field 
• Independently and accurately preparing Financial Statements and various accounting reports/ analyze for business (preferable in financial sector)
• Able to suggest professional & sensible way to manage the financial status effectively
• Good interpersonal communication with internal and external parties in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AccPac System application
• Strong sense in confidentiality
• Positive, enthusiastic & self-motivated
• Accountable, detail-minded and careful
• Open-mind to receive & give constructive opinions/criticism
