Assistant Accounting Officer (Ref: 200006P)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Preparing payments or debit notes, journals,accounts reconciliation, month-end process etc.;
• Preparing supporting schedules for financial reports;
• Performing system testing;
• Following up enquiries; and
• Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, with at least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL and other Microsoft applications (e.g. WORD, ACCESS, etc.);
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
• Capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and
• Experience in Oracle Finance system will be an advantage.

Candidates may be invited to attend a trade test.

Compensation Package
