Job Description
We are now inviting applications for the following post in the Finance and Facilities Management Unit:
Assistant Accounting Officer (Ref: 20003N5)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

- Preparing journals, accounts reconciliation, payments and month-end process, etc.;
- Preparing supporting schedules for financial reports;
- Performing system testing;
- Following up enquiries; and
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics with at least 3 years' relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications, e.g. WORD, ACCESS, etc;
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Experience in Oracle Finance system will be an advantage; and
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (preferably in Putonghua).
Candidates may be invited to attend a trade/written test.
Compensation Package
