Job Description
Assistant, Account Receivables is responsible to
- Check the credit card transactions and all account receivable transactions related to hotel and F&B
- Ensure correct data is entered into systems
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all credit card transactions related to Hotel and F&B are properly audited, booked and reconciled to bank payment advice and systems
- Daily posting of credit card receipts into systems
- Daily checking detail supporting of city ledger invoices
- Daily posting of debtor receipts into systems
- Preparation of supporting documents for debtor invoices
- Proper filing of documents
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Assist Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reporting

- Computer system accuracy
- Internal control systems are functioning

Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in hotel accounting preferred
- Experience with a computerized system
Education
- Appropriate tertiary qualification, majoring in Accounting
