Job Description
Administration Specialist assists the office manager to run the office operation including logistics, HR support, T&L, data management, and the administrative aspects of various projects.

Pioneer is centered on the principle of developing people as a priority. The successful candidate for this position will be given an opportunity to advance to office manager or another professional track that best matches their career interest.

Job Description:

-Answer phone inquiries and arrange corresponding responses
-Manage office administration including purchasing, logistics and equipment maintenance
-Organize and manage the filing system
-Assist in research and reports
-Assist in managing the communications with various departments and stakeholders
-Maintain and manage databases
-Support and assist in execution of marketing events


Job Requirements:

- Chinese speaker with advanced English language skills
- One or two years' administrative work experience in
- Tenacious and proactive in expressing his/her ideas
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Able to contribute to business and product development
- Capable of handling various tasks simultaneously
