A public-listed company engaging in development of consumer electronic products with production facilities in Hong Kong.
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Diploma graduate
7-8 years working experience in all-rounded office administration
Experience in sizable trading or manufacturing company is required
Self-motivated person with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Detail-minded, efficient, well-organized, resourceful and result-driven
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Good command of English and Mandarin will be an asset
Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise general office administration including facilities management, contract license issues, office supplies control procurement and expatriates administration
Work closely with external vendors on quotation comparison and performance evaluation
Handle travel logistics, quarter arrangement and working visa renewal for expatriates
Assist in the implementation and execution of administration policies and daily workflow
Handle ad hoc projects such as renovations, employee activities and company events etc
