Requirements

Diploma holder or above
2-3 years relevant experience in office administration
Experience in facilities management and office supplies ordering
Detail-minded, proactive, well-organized and good team player
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

Deliver all-rounded operation support on daily administration functions
Assist in procurement activities including IT products and office supplies
Responsible for office facilities maintenance and renovation coordination
Assist in organizing company events with internal and external parties
